We’re on the lookout for an ambitious graduate to join our Human Resources team full-time. This position will be based at our Belgrade Campus with a start date of June 2024.

If you’re a recent or prospective 2024 graduate within a relevant discipline to Human Resources or have a strong interest in HR.

You will be a joining an Agile, local, and global team of highly skilled HR professionals, working on variety of exciting initiatives and topics across all HR disciplines.
To qualify, you should have earned a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the last 6 months or be on track to earn one before the start date.
The Role:
- Position is responsible for ensuring the company’s employee lifecycle management programs are adhered to and executed properly which begins with the on-boarding of employees through performance management and ultimately the exiting of employees.
- Position is responsible for working with managers to ensure compliance to the company’s policies and identifying any manager training needs
- Partners with managers and employees to drive the development and execution of employee performance improvement plans
- Ensures managers and employees understand and adhere to the company’s dispute resolution process
- Manages employee relations issues such as harassment, discrimination, or conflict in a manner that mitigates company risk and leads to successful resolution
- Partners with local legal counsel and local work councils (where appropriate)
- Mediates disputes among employees in order to bring these to expedient resolution
- Manages the execution of the reduction in force process including severance calculations, employee notifications, initiation of RIF benefits
- Ensures that NCR Atleos field practices are compliant with local laws and customs
- Provide day-to-day coaching and counseling to managers and employees regarding skills development, career development, and learning
- Maintain an ongoing communication plan with managers and employees, which facilitates goal clarity and motivates employees;
